Morgan Yucel is a Research Associate with the Education team at J-PAL Global, where she works on developing the MicroMasters program using behavioral economics research.
Prior to joining J-PAL, Morgan worked as a Field Research Manager of a randomized control trial on the impacts of taxation on citizen engagement and governance in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Most recently, she worked as a consultant with Dalberg to help the Millennium Challenge Corporation develop their compact with Burkina Faso. She has also held various positions with the Center for Global Development, Global Water Challenge, and GlobalGiving. She has worked throughout both East and West Africa, with a particular experience in Francophone countries. She is fluent in French.
Morgan holds a BA in public policy & economics from Pomona College and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
