Karen Macours is a professor at the Paris School of Economics and researcher at INRA and Co-Chair of J-PAL's Health Sector. Her current research focuses on conditional cash transfer programs, early childhood development, rural poverty, and agriculture. Karen earned her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
Karen has also served as a lecturer at J-PAL training events.
