Passionate about applying rigorous research to solving poverty? Ever wondered how to test the most effective ways to address youth violence, improve student outcomes, or increase access to healthcare? Please join us to learn about exciting career opportunities at the North America office of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).

J-PAL North America is a regional office of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, a global network of researchers who use randomized evaluations to answer critical policy questions in the fight against poverty. Founded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2013, J-PAL North America leverages scholarship from 158 affiliated professors from over 45 universities, and a full- time staff of over 30 researchers, policy experts, and administrative professionals. To address the complex causes and consequences of poverty, our work spans a range of sectors including healthcare, housing, criminal justice, education, and labor markets.

During this webinar, we will share information on J-PAL North America's emerging research and policy efforts in finding out what works for some of the most vexing public policy problems. We look forward to sharing our experience with you!
